The other day I had a sudden spike in downloads of my free book “An Occurrence at Boyd Boone’s House: Urban Fantasy Crime Drama.” I don’t know how, why, or what I did to cause it, but I need it to continue for a few more days. If you’re a self-publisher, author, follow publishing, etc. you know that Amazon looks at, not just sales/downloads, but consistency. It’s more important to have consistent downloads spread out over five or more days than it is to have a sudden surge on one day then nothing. So, I had a massive spike the other day out of nowhere, and now nothing. I’m trying to get that momentum back especially as I’ve just released book one of the The Demon Cleaner series and book two is on the way. (Look for it in August.)
